SUMMER CASH GIVEAWAY CONTEST CONDITIONS
 

• By participating in the 247 The Sound Summer Cash Giveaway contest, the winner agree to allow their name, voice, photo and/or likeness to be used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest for a period of one year-without additional financial or other compensation.
   
• The winner will be contacted by phone. Should the winner not answer the phone the next qualifying contestant will be called until an individual has been selected.
   
• These rules are subject to the interpretation of 247 The Sound. Any aspect of these rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value can be changed at the discretion of 247 The Sound and such changes will become effective on-air or other appropriate announcement.
   
• No purchase is necessary to participate. The contest is void where prohibited

• Payments of all federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be reported to the IRS on IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent, if applicable.
   
• Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of 247 The Sound Digital Radio.

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST

• Must register at www.247thesound.com and become a listening club member.
• To participate in the contest all registered contestants must fill out and answer all questions on the questionnaire.
• Registration starts June  04, 2018.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

• The contest is open to all 247 The Sound listeners who register on the website.
• Employees & Volunteers of 247 The Sound are ineligible to participate or win.

PRIZES

• One eligible person will win the $1000 cash prize
• The winner will be paid via PayPal account only
• The winner will be contacted between June 25, and June 28th
• Winner will be announced on air with Courtney Cruise June 29th in the 12 p.m. Eastern hour.
• We ask that the winner send a photo of themselves that can be used on our website.
